Love the work you do

Love the work which you are doing so that
Work will love you and you will start enjoying.

Observing people around, I have observed that there are a lot of people who work according to their will and wish, and most of them are successful, and there are people who by force of their parents, by peer pressure (following friends), not having proper guidance choose a path for which they are not sure about or for which they don't have interest. In such a situation their life starts becoming unsatisfactory. As they don't understand many thing which happens with them, let it be while studying or let it be while at work. Your productivity decreases and you loose your interest even more which results in depression.

Many a times it also happen that people forcefully give you work which you can do but is not of your interest. It also leads to frustuation.

The third case is you are doing work of your own interest and doing good but the macro level situations doesn't support you like you are not getting timely approvals, your boss is giving you less authority, decisions by top management are taking a lot of time in process, clashes between the top management and so on. Even these situations create a lot of disheartenment in the mind of person and the person starts loosing his/her interest from work.

All these situations dishearten us and we stop enjoying work. But this should not be the situation.

As we have done one mistake by choosing an area which is not of our interest, now its turn to enjoy our mistake as well by enjoying the work.

Said by a Famous person: "What kind of work you do in not important, but doing it enjoyingly, correctly and efficiently is important."

So we should enjoy the work we are doing by:

1. Taking interest in that particular work.

2. Updating ourselves regularly on that particular topic.

3. Taking different steps to let that work happen in an ethical manner.

4. Shifting to the work profile which suits us.

If we start loving our work the above mentioned ideas genuinely start strucking our mind and the work becomes productive and automatically we are happy and start working more with more concentration for more results. By this attitude our seniors become happy and our chances of growth increases. As we are motivated enough our energy level increases and we give 100% to whatever work we do. Let it be talking to friends, giving new ideas, maintaining social contacts and so on.

So I feel let what ever work we are doing in our life, love that work and do it with determination and we can see the difference. Just try out.

A lot can happen over a Coffee.........

A well known and accepted source of spending time with people is . Taking small small sips of fine taste of coffee over a long period of time helps build relationships and maintain the existing ones.

Cafe Coffee Day (CCD) has capitalized on the same concept. It offers a variety of coffees with a suitable ambience for people to sit and spend time with near and dear ones.

Cafe Coffee Day's main aim is to let people come to its outlets available almost allover India, with their family, friends, acquintance, Enemies and spend time there having different varities of coffees, Tea, Shakes, Juices, Snacks, Fastfood and much more, enjoy the young and dynamic ambience followed centrally and build relatioships.

Its aim is to call people to its various outlets situated all over India and provide them an ambience and musical atmosphere suiting them to spend time with their company for the day over a cup of coffee (cold or hot).

I have observed people of all age group who love to meet their friends in CCD and spend leisure time over a cup of coffee.
College going people after their long college hours visit CCD and relax there, group of students plan and prepare their PPTs and othere stuff in CCD, and a lot more can happen over a coffee.
I personally love to spend time there and suggest all coffee lovers to visit there atleast once so that they can have another place to spend time with near and dear ones.
