SSE 450 Thermal Handy Fogging Machine is a unique designed
Thermal Handy Fogging Machine designed and manufactured in India, used to spread
any kind of diesel-based chemical in large areas mostly in Agriculture,
Gardening and Controlling Mosquito Menace in Large areas. In India Fogging
Machines are mainly used in Bungalows, Colonies, Societies, Buildings, Schools,
Colleges, Hospitals, Clubs, Sheds, Poltary Farms, Stables etc to control Mosquito
Menace in an area of approx. 15000 sqft area.
A brief about how to operate SSE-450 Thermal Handy
Fogging Machine
On receiving the box of SSE-450 Thermal Handy Fogging
Machine, lets unbox the same with a Handy Fogging Machine Black color body and
White Colored tank of HDPE Material. With the same we will get one unit approx.
225 gms Aerosol LPG Gas Cylinder, one box where we will get 1unit of mask, 1
gas lighter, 1 belt, 1 funnel for pouring diesel in tank, 1 safety glass and 1
user manual for how to operate instructions.
Once we unbox the machine, we have to pour diesel in the
white diesel tank of SSE 450 Fogging Machine which can be poured by removing
the tank from the machine or by opening the small cap on the top of the tank
with the help of the funnel. After pouring diesel we can add the chemical which
is Deltamethrin 1.25% ULV with diesel (chemical composition as prescribed by
the chemical supplier). After the diesel is filled, we have to attach Aerosol
LPG Gas Cylinder on the back side of the machine. The LPG Gas cylinder has
small gap on its edge and that part is extra on the black body part fitted on
back side of Fogging Machine. The missing part on Aerosol LPG Cylinder needs to
be matched on the black part of Cylinder holder and twisted smoothly to get the
Cylinder locked on machine. Once the cylinder is locked on the SSE 450 Handy
Thermal Fogging Machine, we have to twist the black round knob anti clock wise
to start the gas supply which can be felt on the front side of the machine
where Burner and Burner net are there. Noise and smell both can be felt. Once
the Gas supply starts lighter needs to be ignited on the front side of the
machine where Jali Cover is there near coil. Once the fire is lighted keep the
machine idle for 10-15 seconds where the coil gets heated to its desired
temperature. Once the coil gets heated to its desired temperature start
pressing the manual pump which is located on the top-down area where fingers
are placed. As we push the manual pump diesel starts coming thru coil, gets heated
and converts into dense fog. This fog spreads into environment and reaches to
rarest of areas where water and other liquid means are difficult to reach.
Before last final Fogging of 15 seconds approx. we have to
stop Gas supply to Burner by closing the gas valve fitted on the back side of
the machine. And last Fogging can be done till the diesel in its original form
comes out. This last process after stopping the gas supply and Fogging is the
process for Cleaning the coil as all the Gas particles are out of coil and pure
Diesel is available as the Burner is not getting heated is cleaning the coil
for the next time usage. This process is necessary because if coil is not
cleaned after every use the fog inside the coil will be cooled down and it
becomes carbon. Carbon after cooling down once get stuck any where in the coil
it gets the coil jammed/blocked which is difficult to clean after the coil is
cooled down and it needs to be replaced. So we recommend to clean the coil
every time after use. Even if the machine starts and doesn’t fog it needs to be
cleaned for long time problem free usage.

- Kindly follow the above-mentioned process for smooth functioning of Machine.
- Kindly use Diesel only. No substitutes recommended.
- Kindly Use Chemical as prescribed and in the quantity as prescribed by the supplier.
- Kindly keep Aerosol Gas Can in cool and dry place only after use.
- Kindly follow the coil cleaning process compulsorily.
- Kindly don’t touch the front coil protection part when the machine is heated.
