Description and detailed Video for How to operate Sai Shree Enterprises Manufactured SSE 450 Thermal Handy Fogging Machine under Made in India Concept

SSE 450 Thermal Handy Fogging Machine is a unique designed Thermal Handy Fogging Machine designed and manufactured in India, used to spread any kind of diesel-based chemical in large areas mostly in Agriculture, Gardening and Controlling Mosquito Menace in Large areas. In India Fogging Machines are mainly used in Bungalows, Colonies, Societies, Buildings, Schools, Colleges, Hospitals, Clubs, Sheds, Poltary Farms, Stables etc to control Mosquito Menace in an area of approx. 15000 sqft area.

A brief about how to operate SSE-450 Thermal Handy Fogging Machine

On receiving the box of SSE-450 Thermal Handy Fogging Machine, lets unbox the same with a Handy Fogging Machine Black color body and White Colored tank of HDPE Material. With the same we will get one unit approx. 225 gms Aerosol LPG Gas Cylinder, one box where we will get 1unit of mask, 1 gas lighter, 1 belt, 1 funnel for pouring diesel in tank, 1 safety glass and 1 user manual for how to operate instructions.

Once we unbox the machine, we have to pour diesel in the white diesel tank of SSE 450 Fogging Machine which can be poured by removing the tank from the machine or by opening the small cap on the top of the tank with the help of the funnel. After pouring diesel we can add the chemical which is Deltamethrin 1.25% ULV with diesel (chemical composition as prescribed by the chemical supplier). After the diesel is filled, we have to attach Aerosol LPG Gas Cylinder on the back side of the machine. The LPG Gas cylinder has small gap on its edge and that part is extra on the black body part fitted on back side of Fogging Machine. The missing part on Aerosol LPG Cylinder needs to be matched on the black part of Cylinder holder and twisted smoothly to get the Cylinder locked on machine. Once the cylinder is locked on the SSE 450 Handy Thermal Fogging Machine, we have to twist the black round knob anti clock wise to start the gas supply which can be felt on the front side of the machine where Burner and Burner net are there. Noise and smell both can be felt. Once the Gas supply starts lighter needs to be ignited on the front side of the machine where Jali Cover is there near coil. Once the fire is lighted keep the machine idle for 10-15 seconds where the coil gets heated to its desired temperature. Once the coil gets heated to its desired temperature start pressing the manual pump which is located on the top-down area where fingers are placed. As we push the manual pump diesel starts coming thru coil, gets heated and converts into dense fog. This fog spreads into environment and reaches to rarest of areas where water and other liquid means are difficult to reach.

Before last final Fogging of 15 seconds approx. we have to stop Gas supply to Burner by closing the gas valve fitted on the back side of the machine. And last Fogging can be done till the diesel in its original form comes out. This last process after stopping the gas supply and Fogging is the process for Cleaning the coil as all the Gas particles are out of coil and pure Diesel is available as the Burner is not getting heated is cleaning the coil for the next time usage. This process is necessary because if coil is not cleaned after every use the fog inside the coil will be cooled down and it becomes carbon. Carbon after cooling down once get stuck any where in the coil it gets the coil jammed/blocked which is difficult to clean after the coil is cooled down and it needs to be replaced. So we recommend to clean the coil every time after use. Even if the machine starts and doesn’t fog it needs to be cleaned for long time problem free usage.

Do’s and Don’ts

• Kindly follow the above-mentioned process for smooth functioning of Machine.
• Kindly use Diesel only. No substitutes recommended.
• Kindly Use Chemical as prescribed and in the quantity as prescribed by the supplier.
• Kindly keep Aerosol Gas Can in cool and dry place only after use.
• Kindly follow the coil cleaning process compulsorily.
• Kindly don’t touch the front coil protection part when the machine is heated.

Fogging Machine Sprayers are devices used to Fog/Spray any Liquid which is Diesel based in large areas like Farms, Poultry Farms, Buildings, Societies, Bungalows ,etc.

It is not only limited to being in touch with people or making new connections but a lot of news sharing happens, current, recent and new updates can be posted. It can also e used as a fast medium to share feelings, news, abd our mind with hell large audience in fraction of seconds. We don't need to be personally present there. Just post it and others can see it when ever they log in. You don't need to be personally present to share the information with each and every individual. Success Needs Efforts

Dreams are the wonderful creations which man sees while he/she is sleeping or while he is into his leisure or else when he wants to achieve something big in his life. Everybody of us wants to be a multimillionaire, have multiple cars of big bands, have big house, many servants roaming around and a luxurious life with lots of respect in the mind of public.
A reason can be having role models in life or getting facinated with somebody elses life.. Having a role model in life is a positive sign but knowing only half of their life becomes negative. Because every successful person is not successful by birth, but by his efforts, focus and dreams and implementing those dreams in real life.
The successful person is successful because he/she has spent many sleepless nights working to achieve success. They have done all kinds of works and have gone through all the hardships which todays generation avoids.
Everyone wants to be successful but nobody wants to work is todays mantra for life.
Everyone wants to be Sachin Tendulkar, Vijay Mallya, Ratan Tata, Bill Gates, Narayan Murthi and so on.... But no body knows how much hardships are faced by these people to reach at thins level.
The front office always looks good and it has to look good, but it doesn't mean the same is with the back office. The back office has all the work, all the processes are done in the back office, all the difficulties are handled in the back office. So don't get facinated by the front office. To get the best we need to leave the rest.
For all the luxuries and success in the later stage, one should work hard today. Sachin is Sachin ot because he is a sports man but he worked hard in the innitial stage, mastered the area he is good at. And today everybody know Sachin. Even he had seen difficulties, hardships.

Story behind "Sardar and 12 o Clock"

There are hundreds and thousands of Jokes made on Sardars which makes us laugh and which are now part of our routine life as well and the best one is "Sardar ke 12 bajgaye."

Even I used to share a lot many jokes by the name of Sardars and the best one was Sardar ke 12 bajgaye.

Every time I share Sardar jokes Sardarji's never used to get angry on me and me casually saying (Sardar ki tarah tere bhi 12 baj gaye) so I used to think why so, even while making fun of them why are they not getting angry. And a few more experiences with Sardarji's made me spend time finding out the reason behind the taunt "Sardar ke 12 baje". Finally on Facebook I came across a video which explained the concept behind this taunt on Sardarji's.

During 17th Century, when Hindustan was ruled by
Mughals, all the Hindu people were humiliated and were treated like animals. Mughals treated the Hindu women as there own property and were forcing all Hindus to accept Islam and even used to kill the people if they were refusing to accept.That time, our ninth Guru, Sri Guru Teg Bahadarji came forward,in response to a request of some Kashmir Pandits to fight against all these cruel activities. Guruji told the Mughal emperor that if he could succeed in converting him to Islam, all the Hindus would accept the same. But, if he failed, he should stop all those activities. The Mughal emperor happily agreed to that but even after lots of torture to Guruji and his fellow members he failed to convert him to Islam and Guruji along with his other four fellow members, were torture! d and sacrificed their lives in Chandni Chowk. Since the Mughals were unable to convert them to Islam they were assassinated.

Thus Guruji sacrificed his life for the protection of Hindu religion. Can anybody lay down his life and that too for the protection of another religion? This is the reason he is still remembered as "Hind Ki hem came forward to lift his body, fearing that they would also be assassinated .

Seeing this incident our 10th Guruji, Sri Guru Gobind Singhji (Son of Guru Teg Bahadarji) founder of khalsa made a resolution that he would convert his followers to such human beings who would not be able to hide themselves and could be easily located in thousands.

At the start, the Sikhs were very few in numbers as they were fighting against the Mughal emperors. At
that time, Nadir Shah raided Delhi in the year 1739 and looted Hindustan and was carrying lot of Hindustan treasures and nearly 2200 Hindu women along with him. The news spread like a fire and was heard by Sardar Jassa Singh who was the Commander of the Sikh army at that time. He decided to attack Nadir Shah's Kafila on the same midnight . He did so and rescued all the Hindu women and they were safely sent to their homes.

It didn't happen only once but thereafter whenever any Abdaalis or Iranis had attacked and looted
Hindustan and were trying to carry the treasures and Hindu women along with them for selling them in Abdal markets, the Sikh army although fewer in numbers but were brave hearted and attacked them at ! midnight ,12O'clock and rescued women.

After that time when there occurred a similar
incidence, people started to contact the Sikh army for their help and Sikhs used to attack the raider's at
Midnight, 12 O'clock. Nowadays, these "smart people" and some Sikh enemies who are afraid of Sikhs, have spread these words that at 12 O'clock, the Sikhs go out of their senses.

So friends reading this blog please don't underestimate Sardars as the statement "Sardar ke 12 bajgaye" has a meaning behind it and Sardars are brave enough to back answer on this statement but they never do it. So please don't feel its a taunt on Sardars. And Sardars are kind hearted, gentle and always ready to help.

Will government be able to make roads justfiable to the Public

Infrastructure is the backbone of any economy and Electricity, Water supply, Roads, Public trasport sustem, Fire fighting system etc. are parts of Infrastructure to be provided by the government of any country. India is still a Socialist country and providing Infrastructure is still in the hands of government with public- private partnership. The government is trying its level hard to provide best possible infrasrtucture to its public who choose its government.

But there are a few problems: Talking in specific about Indore city and its road development projects.

The government is spending crores of rupees every year for the building and maintaining of roads of Indore and its near by areas. But still the pace at which roads are bulid is very slow, can be becausse of many reasons like: lack of co-ordination amongst internal staff, clearing out stays given by courts, lack of funds supplied by central government, lack of technology available, lack of support given by local public and so on.

The road which can be built in 3-4 months are not finished in 1-2 years time as well.. Taking example of A.B. road which is a Highway which connects Agra and Mumbai crosses through Indore was supposed to be ready a few months ago but if you go there you can observe its still under contruction and a huge part is left till date. Other parts of Indore are also undore construction.

I say why the government is not giving full priority to this road building process as our whole economy is getting hamperd because of taking extra time to build roads.

This is a good part that government has decided to make concrete roads so that their life increases by more than 100% but this much time is not affordable.

More than 20% of roads of Indore are blocked and are undor construction and is hampering the public a lot in the ways like...

1. The roads are dug which creates a lot of traffic jams.

2. Diversions are to be used which takes time.

3. Businesses are hampered because if a road is to be constructed that area is closed and shops and offices of that area are affected because people don't prefer going to that areas as there is no parking space and vehicles have to be parked lolg away from the place

4. A lot of fuel is wasted as vehicles can't move on a constant speed, and in India the prices of fuel are far higher than its neighborings.

5. Accidents happen frequently because dug places are not covered properly.

6. It takes more time to reach to a particular place.

The time taken to prepare a road is far ahead than expected and the time the road is prepared the vehicles exceeds the limit of the road. At the same time the buses used by the government to provide aid to the common people is a far bigger problem than expected. The buses used for public transport are of big size for which the infrastructure of Indore is not ready, which creates huge traffic. The City bus passing from any any and every area creates traffic jams as the buses requires huge space and other vehicles have to be aside for a long time till the bus leaves that area.

Government should use small buses and should increase the frequency of the buses travelling to various destinations. This will reduce the traffic on roads and will be an aid to the common people.

The government of Madhya Pradesh is working hard for the development of Indore and other regions and especially the BJP government. But the government should increase the speed with which it is working.

We have full hopes from the government. And we expect Indore to be well equipped with good infrastructure so that industrial growth can also happen and at the same time good opportunities can also come to Indore.

Entrepreneurship............ A never ending process

In our PGP curriculum, we had a subject of Entrepreneurship, where we are taught about entrepreneual skills and how entrepreneurs become entrepreneurs taking example of few leading entrepreneurs.

In the same curriculum we had a project of interviewing an entrepreneur and ask him some questions regarding his entrepreneul life experience.

A few days after the announcement of this project and a few days before the completion date I met Mr. Rohit Inani (Director of myMO). The company is into print media (News paper publishing) "The unrestrained voice of youth", myMO events, web solutions (building websites) and Tech workshops.
So I decided to take interview of Mr. Inani as his venture is a unique one. Currently Mr. Anand has been a part of 10 ventures before and this is his 11th venture. At that time I was amazed to know, how a person can be a part of 11 ventures. Than an idea struck me as to even Ambani's and Tata's have more than 11 ventures. So the same can be with Mr. Anand as well. That night I was very excited to interview Mr. Anand, an amazing personality.

Next day we all went to F-Cube to meet Mr. Anand and take his interview. Initial few minutes were giving introduction of each other and then we jumped to some serious work.

The business summary:- Out of 11 ventures: 3 sold, 5 closed and 3 ongoing. In last seven years none of the business has been closed. All are doing fairly good in the market.

As he described about his 11 ventures, one unique thing which I observed was

Sir did whatever he does with great zeal and passion. He always gives his leel best into whatever he is doing. He has closed the business or has left the business, the reasons were very genuine. Like lack of support, enthusiasm and co-ordination from the partners, unsupportive external factors, unexpected growth in the business, so on and so forth. His 11 ventures are from different industries all together, let it be textile or event management and all over to adventure sports. Asking him questions on the same.

How did you managed getting into varied fields?

He said, I used to do thorough study of the field in which I am interested and I connect the dots as to related fields which actually supported main stream plan. For example: Before starting Flame of the Forest (Adventure Sports Company) he did thorough study as to which plantwill be most suitable, how much money to invest at the same time did deep study about the plants which will match the ambience of the area. So his special focus was on, do whatever you want to do, just spend some time doing a deep study about the area in which you have to work. "Less knowledge is worst knowledge".

How did you managed funds?

My friends invest on me. As they feel I am "the finest Horse in the Race Course". They always use to invest on me as they were sure that I am passionate about work and I do 360 degree analysis and study about each and every area I get into. Closing every business incur huge loses but I used to cover it in the next business and return it to them who invested it on me.

Any logic behind the name F-Cube?

Went to Delhi to study the concept og Cafe and Food lounge and was confused with the name of the Cafe. Travelling from Delhi airport to hotal room took me 30 minutes and at that time I saw a poster of Ram Gopal Verma and came to my mind was his name "Factory", so came p with the name Fast Food Factory. But it was a long and an unacceptable name. Than i got an idea as to my 9th venture was Fresh-O-Veg (Single F), 10th venture was Flame of the Forest (F Square) and the Fast Food Factory as F-Cube. I am really thankful to Ram Gopal Verma.

Any future plans?

Ya as I have live experience of 11 most demanded fields for which I have worked. I can start my own consultancy. It will really benefit my customers as I have exhaustive practical knowledge of all the fields I have worked.

My learnings:

1. Be passionate about whatever you are doing and success will surely follow you.

2. Do a lot of research before starting any business and continue your research for future developments.

3. Life is Zig-Zag, Ups and Downs will always be there is life. Don't get stuck in it. Find a solution and lead your life.
