SSE 1200 Double Barrel Vehicle Mount Thermal Fogging Machine Thermal Fogging Machine is a unique designed Thermal Fogging Machine designed and manufactured in India, used to spread any kind of diesel-based chemical in large areas mostly in Agriculture, Gardening and Controlling Mosquito Menace in Large areas. On receiving two boxes of SSE-1200 Double Barrel Vehicle Mount Fogging Machine fitted on a loading vehicle which is more than 95% Made in India range of Fogging Machine, lets unbox the same with one wooden box where Fogging Machine is transported and one corrugated box where SS Tank of 160 liters is received. With the same we will get 1 pcs apron, 2 pcs funnel for diesel and petrol filling, 1 unit instruction manual, 1 unit eye protection glass, 1 noise reduction buds and 1 unit remote for operation of machine. The battery used to operate the machine is of the vehicle only and no additional separate battery is provided.

Once we unbox the machine, we have to pour diesel in the diesel tank of SSE 1200 Fogging Machine which can be poured by opening the diesel cap from diesel tank cap from the top of the tank with the help of the funnel. After pouring diesel where some portion should be left empty for air to take place, we can add the chemical which is Deltamethrin 1.25% ULV with diesel (chemical composition as prescribed by the chemical supplier). After the diesel is filled, we have to open the petrol cap from the petrol tank and fill around 3-5ltr of petrol.  Then we have come at the back side of machine where on the top of the machine On and Off sign are mentioned. We have to pull the small lever to on mode and on the carburetor back there is a small puchki (white transparent bubble) which needs to be pumped for the first time till petrol is pumped to the carburetor and is visible in the puchki on both the barrels/either barrel which needs to be operated. Then we have to come at the remote whose end needs to be fitted on the back side of the machine and lock the same with the lock provided on the connection.  After the remote is attached to the machine get the battery wire attached to the battery of the vehicle. After this go to the remote and on the remote “REMOTE” sticker is there on the center of remote. Get it on the On mode and below that indicator light will also start. After that which barrel needs to be started left than press left spark and left ignition button together till the time noise starts coming in the machine till the noise becomes stagnant. If right barrel also needs to be started than press Right Ignition and Right Spark button together which will start the Right barrel too. After starting run the machine dry for 10-15 seconds and start Diesel Fogging by putting the diesel left Fogging on “ON” mode and Diesel Right Fogging on “ON” mode. Once the machine gets heated to its desired temperature slowly start opening the diesel valve which is placed on lower front side of diesel tank.  Diesel gets converted into dense fog. This fog spreads into environment and reaches to rarest of areas where water and other liquid means are difficult to reach.

If incase the machine stops working for any reason immediately stop the diesel flow to avoid any mishappening. Our machines are equipped with Safety Auto Cut off device too to avoid any mishappening like Fire or any other problem.   

We can adjust the diesel supply by controlling the diesel flow knob. We can increase and decrease the diesel supply by controlling the knob. The diesel flow is directly proportionate to fog generation.

After the machine is switched off, we have to keep machine on open area for 10-15 minutes to get the machine back to normal temperature and store it in in normal dry shed. We can also opt for Safety Auto cut off device.

 The Safety Auto Cut off Device is useful when the machine stops on its own for various reasons the diesel valve needs to be switched off manually immediately, which is not possible all the times so Safety Auto Cut off Valve stops the diesel supply immediately once the machines stop working. And only the Diesel , left in the SS tube which is their from Diesel tank to Diesel supply nozzle which can be burnt easily and chances of fire reduces to minimum which are higher if the machine doesn’t have Auto Cut off Device

·         Kindly follow the above-mentioned process for smooth functioning of Machine.

·         Kindly use the safety kit provided with the machine compulsorily.

·         Kindly use Diesel only. No substitutes recommended.

·         Kindly Use Chemical as prescribed and in the quantity as prescribed by the supplier.

·         If by any chance the machine stops, immediately stop the diesel flow by switching off the diesel valve.

·         Kindly don’t touch the front coil protection part when the machine is heated.

·         Kindly contact the dealer/supplier or OEM for Original Spare parts list of SSE-1200 Model Thermal Fogging Machine and service-related issues too.

·         Kindly use the Diesel tank cap for Diesel tank and Petrol tank cap for Petrol tank only. If the caps get interchanged it will impact the performance of the machine

·         Kindly don’t do stunts with the machine as it is a Thermal Fogging Machine and unnecessary experiments are not promoted.
